FOCUS 2008 the national meeting of the Association for Clinical Biochemistry is to be held at the superb International Convention Centre, Birmingham from the 19th-22nd of May 2008. This year we are delighted to be incorporating the national spring meeting of the Association of Clinical Microbiologists.

An exciting and diverse scientific programme has been produced covering a wide variety of topics including cancer, neuropeptides, endocrinology, emerging technologies, liver and GI disease, quality control, diabetes, audit and paediatrics.  The meeting is CPD approved and the format of breakfast workshops, plenary lectures, interactive case discussions and posters will provide a format to suit everyone.
