About ten years ago Christ revolutionised the industry with Osmotron – the first pre-assembled skid-mounted unit with all process stages for the production of pharmaceutical water. At present more than 700 systems are in operation across the world. With Osmotron Pro, Christ now offers a totally modernised line. All system options for the production of purified water and highly purified water are characterised by their ergonomics and energy-efficiency. The components are easily accessible which facilitates sampling and problem-free maintenance. New block valves substitute eight single valves, which improves the flow and emptying process of the components and thus significantly lowers documentation and validation load. Highest microbiological safety is ensured by intelligent and simplified process flow with the shortest distance between water in- and outlet.
