Dako’s Hybridiser is designed to control co-denaturation and hybridisation steps for slide based fluorescence (FISH) and chromogenic (CISH) in situ hybridisation on histology and cytology samples.
The system not only improves efficiency by reducing the number of manual steps and increasing throughput, but also increases precision compared to manual procedures. The Hybridiser is easy to set up and can store up to 40 different programs for a wide variety of ISH protocols. Short ramp times mean heating and cooling in protocols is rapid. Precise temperature control (within 1°C) and humidity control means that up to 12 slides are uniformly processed. It is optimised for use with Dako DNA and PNA probes for FISH and CISH and particularly useful to automate both Dako’s HER2 FISH and HER2 CISH PharmDX kits.
