 One of the largest environmental analysis organisations in the UK and Ireland has chosen the Aquakem analyser from Labmedics for its brand new, state-of-the-art laboratory in Hawarden, near Chester. The Aquakem analyser used at Alcontrol was specifically developed for the precise analysis of water and
environmental samples. It is available in three models. The 200 achieves analytical rates of up to 180 tests per hour and the 250 up to 250 tests an hour. Aquakem 600 runs up to 600
tests per hour and is suitable for the higher throughput laboratory. Types of matrices analysed include clean water, wastewater and soil/sludge digests. Nutrient analysis includes ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, TON, chloride and sulphate.
An added option is a cadmium reduction module for nitrate analysis.
