ResCard is a service Metropolis provides to the citizens of Westminster on behalf of Westminster City Council. It is designed to promote accessibility to art and leisure facilities in the borough and to provide real cost savings to residents. ResCard currently has approximately 50,000 members representing almost 1 in 3 of the adult population in Westminster. Cardholders receive an electronic membership card that enables them to obtain the discounts and, every 3 months they are sent an updated 48-page, full colour handbook which sets out the locations where they can save. Metropolis negotiates the discounts, publishes the handbook, prints the cards and provides the customer service and fulfillment directly to Westminster Residents.
